Consultancy services agreement between two consulting firms and a bidder for the >$1bn Line-wide Works contract for station infrastructure for the Sydney Metro Project.
NORTH WEST RAIL LINK
Agreement for detailed design and construction phase services between two consulting firms and a bidder for the $340m NWRL Stage 2 Surface and Viaduct Civil works package.
PARRAMATTA RAIL LINK
D&C contract between ALSTOM and Thiess Hochtief JV for overhead wiring, signaling, traction supply, electrical, mechanical, control systems. ($190m)
REGIONAL FAST RAIL
Unincorporated (integrated) joint venture between ALSTOM and Thiess to upgrade the Geelong and Ballarat rail corridor infrastructure for the Victorian DOI.
FOURTH GENERATION TRAIN
Contract with Downer EDI to design, supply and maintain traction packages and train operating systems for the 4th Generation Train for the Sydney Metro. (>$100m)
RAIL FLEET SERVICES LIMITED
Incorporated joint venture to take over Rail Services Australia’s rolling stock maintenance operations at Chullora involving shareholders agreement, management agreement, asset sale agreement, 25 year lease, transfer of employees and ongoing services agreement.
TRANZ RAIL MOTIVE POWER
7 year maintenance agreement for Tranz Rail’s New Zealand locomotive and wagon fleet involving KPI based payment regime, availability and return condition guarantees, and transfer of maintenance sites, staff and inventory. (NZ$200m)

BLACKWATER MINE MAINTENANCE
Contract to maintain diesel powered equipment, water treatment plant and other facilities for BHP Mitsubishi Alliance.
NELSON POINT DEVELOPMENT
Agreement for BHP Engineering (now Hatch) to provide engineering management services for the supply, erection and commissioning of a $200m iron ore stacker-reclaimer for BHP.
CONTRACT MINING TENDERS
Optimisation of tenders for: FMG Cloudbreak Stage 4 supply and operate (BOOT) 30Mtpa iron ore crushing and screening plant over 5 years; Gindalbie Metals 6 year drill, blast, load and haul waste; Goonyella Riverside (BMA) 3 year overburden removal.

RENEWABLES PROJECTS
Preparation of tender submissions / contract negotiations for the supply of electrical and mechanical equipment for numerous wind and solar farms including: Murra Warra, Moorabool, White Rock, Bodangora and Mt Gellibrand Wind Farms and Emerald, Gannawarra, Kidston, Bannerton and Tailem Bend Solar Farms.
JOUNAMA POWER STATION
Contract for ALSTOM to design, supply and install a 14.4MW hydro power station for Snowy Hydro.
BLUEWATERS POWER STATION
Contract for ALSTOM to supply the steam turbine and generator set for a 208 MW coal fired facility under terms based on FIDIC EPC/Turnkey 1999.
VALES POINT POWER STATION
Contract for ALSTOM to supply Delta Electricity filter flue gas cleaning plant and ID fans for two 660MW boilers. ($50m)
KAWERAU GEOTHERMAL TENDER
Tender submission for an international consortium tendering for the turnkey supply of a geothermal power plant under FIDIC Plant & Design-Build 1999.

WESTERN POWER ALLIANCE
